Highmark Construction, LLC provides municipal water and sewer line excavation & construction services throughout southeast Louisiana. We are a fully licensed, bonded, and insured Federal contractor prepared to submit bid packages for projects including: new line construction, rehabilitation construction, and repairs on eroding systems.
